Cardinal Consulting Solutions is an approved Minnesota Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) community partner. CCS is committed to providing a holistic team approach that supports integrated competitive employment for individuals of all abilities.

We offer a wide range of employment services for both youth and adults. We serve clients throughout West Central Minnesota.
Pre-ETS Services
Pre-ETS programming is available to students aged 14 to 21 with a documented disability who are enrolled in high school or post-secondary education/training.
The goal of Pre-ETS is to help students with disabilities explore, increase awareness, and prepare for post-secondary employment and education options through five core services – Job Exploration Counseling, Workplace Readiness Training, Work-based Learning Experiences, Counseling on Post-secondary Education or Training, and Self-advocacy.

​The MN Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) program partners with high schools and other community partners to arrange for or provide employment services at no charge to students who are between the ages of 14 through 21 and who have one of the following:
An Individualized Education Program (IEP)
A 504 Plan
A record or note from a mental health or medical provider
A SSA beneficiary award letter
