Following the consultation, a project proposal will be presented based on area(s) identified for change.  

CCS will guide this change in a retainership agreement format, providing up to five hours of consultancy time per month with regular scheduled meetings for check-in and progress updates.

Upon approval of a project proposal.  A workforce relief kick-off meeting is scheduled to determine priority order of project, as well as a plan of action to achieve client objective.
