CCS provides sustainable workforce solutions designed to give employers more control over their workforce through optimized recruitment and retention strategies. This may include how and where to find quality talent, identifying untapped talent pools, leveraging community partners, incorporating a diversity strategy, evaluating your online recruitment presence, and more. To identify gaps of opportunity in your strategy to attract and retain talent, CCS offers a 90-minute on-site or virtual workforce strategy session.

INSIGHT
CONNECTING BUSINESSES TO THE MILITARY COMMUNITY
INSIGHT is a training program designed to connect the civilian workforce with transitioning Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses by providing an in-depth understanding of the Military Community. Once trained, participants will have a fundamental understanding of how to recruit and secure employees within the Veteran and Military Spouse talent pipelines.
